THE MISSION:
IMPOWER MUSIC LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

Cultivating powerful leaders of all ages for our community.

IMLA was founded by college student, Kesslyn Fleck, who has had a strong love for music since an early age. After experiencing the positive impact of learning to play music and leading out, she started IMLA in hopes that others in the community might feel a similar transformation through music. She has a passion for teaching the basics of not only chords and tablature, but also places an important emphasis on the leadership opportunities that music can provide within our homes and communities.

Sign up for one of our private or group lessons to receive individualized guidance and mentorship on either a weekly or biweekly basis. Whether you have never touched an ukulele or guitar before, or you want to learn something new and brush up on old skills, Impower has a class for you! 

Impower offers a uniquely designed program in which two styles of study are available: Christian Leadership or Inspirational Leadership. Both are taught on the basis of "Impowering" the student to stand up as an impactful leader in their sphere of influence! We support the mission that positive change starts with "I," and that there is great power in individuality. From starting the program off with assessing the participant's goals, to helping them find "Influence Positions" upon completion of the course, Impower is here to prepare you to serve others in your community!
